Job Summary: We are seeking an ERP System Analyst or Assistant to provide support and drive enhancements for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, optimizing business processes and integrating platforms. Our company is built upon core values: commitment, humility, loyalty, excellence, evolution, and agility. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for an ERP System Analyst or Assistant to support and enhance our enterprise resource planning systems. This professional will assist in integrating various platforms, understand user needs (both internal and external), and propose continuous improvements to operational processes through technology. * Understand the company’s business processes and how they are reflected in the ERP system. * Support integrations between the ERP and other systems in use (e-commerce, CRM, BI tools, etc.). * Gather and document technical and functional requirements for system enhancements. * Collaborate with end-user departments (sales, customer service, logistics, finance) to understand their workflows and propose solutions that optimize ERP usage. * Map the customer and internal user journey, identifying opportunities to improve system usability. * Coordinate with vendors and partners responsible for ERP customizations, updates, or support. * Conduct testing and validation of new features, updates, or integrations. * Provide first- and second-level technical support for the ERP system. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Education:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Systems Analysis and Development. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience with ERP systems (Totvs, Sankhya, SAP, Protheus, Bling, or similar). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with business units. * Solid analytical ability and logical reasoning. * SQL and data analysis knowledge preferred. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with API or Web Services-based integrations. * Familiarity with business processes (sales, procurement, finance, inventory). * Experience with technical support or ticket management tools. **Desired Profile:** * Proactive problem-solving orientation. * Systemic thinking and commitment to continuous improvement. * Quick learning ability and adaptability to new tools. * Capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Additional Information** * Monthly performance bonus via benefits card; * Educational assistance for courses relevant to the company’s industry; * Meal allowance via Alelo card; * Health and dental insurance — co-payment plan (effective after probationary period); * University partnership agreements; * Life insurance; * Career development plan — Professional Growth; * Internal and external training programs. **Soldamaq** comprises over 350 dedicated professionals committed daily to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
