Job Summary: Responsible for performing simple manual tasks in civil construction, assisting in building construction and renovation, site preparation, material mixing, and cleaning. Preparing and transporting materials and tools **Job Mission:** Responsible for performing simple manual tasks in civil construction to support building construction and renovation. Assist in teaching, research, and extension activities; site preparation; concrete mixing; soil cleaning and compaction. Participate in building demolition and inspect civil construction equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load, unload, and transport materials manually or using wheelbarrows and/or hand tools, enabling the use or removal of such materials; * Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and mortar to facilitate foundation work, installation of water or electrical conduits and pipes, or similar construction activities; * Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar; * Prepare and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and arranging them according to instructions; * Assist skilled workers or supervisors, either independently or collaboratively, to successfully complete assigned tasks; **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed elementary school * **Work Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in this role. * **Important Knowledge/Experience for the Role:** Knowledge of civil construction works. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance (VT) or cost-of-living assistance (R$ 150.00\) * Basic food basket awarded based on attendance * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch) * Health insurance (co-payment plan) * 100% dental insurance At Jooy, we inspire you to enjoy the good side of life while living well.
