Team guidance and inspection **Position:** Operational Supervisor **Salary:** R$ 1621 \+ R$ 594 \+ 40% trust position allowance: R$ 3\.100 **Work Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday) **Working Hours:** Flexible Travel allowance \+ extras Company vehicle \+ fuel VA: R$ 480 **Responsibilities:** SUPERVISE DAILY CLEANING TEAM ACTIVITIES, ENSURING ALL DESIGNATED AREAS ARE CLEANED ACCORDING TO ESTABLISHED QUALITY STANDARDS. ENSURE CLEANING STAFF ARE PROPERLY TRAINED AND EQUIPPED WITH NECESSARY RESOURCES TO PERFORM THEIR TASKS EFFICIENTLY; DEVELOP WORK SCHEDULES, LEAVE SCHEDULES, TIMESHEETS, PPE RECORDS, MEETINGS; BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TEAM; GUIDE AND INSPECT THE TEAM; ORGANIZE WORKFLOW; MONITOR STAFF **Requirements:** Experience in the field, valid driver's license, availability for occasional travel - MT/MS/GO Interested? **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education) **Driver's License Class:** B Willingness to travel
