Job Summary: Operational Supervisor responsible for supervising and organizing cleaning team activities, ensuring quality standards, training staff, and managing schedules and time sheets. Responsible for training and organizing workflow **Position:** Operational Supervisor **Salary:** R$ 1621 \+ R$ 594 \+ 40% trust position allowance: R$ 3\.100 **Work Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday) **Working Hours:** Flexible Travel allowance \+ extras Company vehicle \+ fuel VA: R$ 480 **Responsibilities:** SUPERVISE DAILY ACTIVITIES OF THE CLEANING TEAM, ENSURING ALL DESIGNATED AREAS ARE CLEANED ACCORDING TO ESTABLISHED QUALITY STANDARDS. ENSURE CLEANING STAFF ARE PROPERLY TRAINED AND EQUIPPED WITH NECESSARY RESOURCES TO PERFORM THEIR TASKS EFFICIENTLY; DEVELOP WORK SCHEDULES, VACATION SCHEDULES, TIME SHEETS, PPE RECORDS, MEETINGS; OVERSEE THE TEAM; ORIENT AND INSPECT THE TEAM; ORGANIZE WORKFLOW; MONITOR EMPLOYEES **Requirements:** Experience in the field, valid driver's license, availability for occasional travel - MT/MS/GO Interested? **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education) **Driver's License Class:** B Willingness to travel
