Control of physical conditions and terminal maintenance **Position located inside the Campo Grande Bus Terminal** SCHEDULE: * 06:00 to 18:00 with a 1-hour break * 12x36 rotating shift BENEFITS: * Bonus (R$ 192.43\) * Meal allowance (R$ 360.00 monthly) * Attendance bonus (R$ 120.00\) REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree; team leadership experience; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel; strong communication skills and decision-making ability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure maintenance of the terminal's operational system; * Verify and guide workstation occupancy, analyzing the efficiency of performed tasks; * Monitor actual and scheduled departures, as well as bus occupancy, identifying deviations and determining their causes; control physical conditions, cleanliness, and maintenance of the terminal; * Inspect operational conditions of equipment; lead, guide, and maintain team discipline; * Prepare daily work schedules and monitor employee attendance at workstations; * Guide compliance with standards and procedures, analyze potential changes in operational routines; * Participate in implementation and maintenance of the company's quality management system; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.525,53 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Mandatory) Experience: * Team leadership (Mandatory)
