Monitoring and analysis of departure movements **Position located inside the Campo Grande Bus Terminal** WORK HOURS: * 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break * 12x36 shift schedule BENEFITS: * Bonus (R$ 192.43\) * Meal allowance (R$ 360.00 monthly) * Attendance bonus (R$ 120.00\) REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; experience in team leadership; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel; good communication skills and decision-making ability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure maintenance of the terminal's operational systems; * Monitor and guide workstation occupancy, analyzing task efficiency; * Track actual and scheduled departures, bus occupancy, identify deviations, and determine root causes; oversee terminal physical conditions, cleanliness, and maintenance; * Verify operational status of equipment; lead, guide, and maintain team discipline; * Prepare daily work schedules and monitor staff attendance at assigned posts; * Ensure compliance with established norms and procedures; analyze potential changes in operational routines; * Participate in implementation and maintenance of the company's quality management system; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.525,53 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or incomplete undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Team leadership (Mandatory)
