Here, we value technique, consistency, and respect for ingredients — the pillars of authentic Italian gastronomy. **Responsibilities** * Execute mise en place accurately and systematically, ensuring smooth service flow * Work across various kitchen stations, including Garde Manger (preparation of cold appetizers, salads, and finishing) * Prepare dishes according to technical specifications and the establishment's excellence standards * Ensure dish quality, presentation, and standardization * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper food handling practices * Collaborate efficiently and consistently as part of a team during service * Support appropriate inventory control and storage of supplies **Requirements** * Prior experience as a cook * Experience in professional kitchens (preferred: premium Italian cuisine) * Practical knowledge of mise en place and production routines * Experience or familiarity with the Garde Manger station * Disciplined, agile, and highly committed profile * Attention to detail and high standards of quality * Team-oriented mindset and professional demeanor **Work Schedule** * Rotating **5x2** schedule (with two consecutive days off) * Shift hours: * 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM * Return shift: 6:00 PM – 11:30 PM **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or commuting subsidy * Health insurance plan * Service charge * Birthday day off * Structured career development plan * High-standard environment with continuous learning opportunities **Job Advantage** Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a kitchen that is a reference in Italian gastronomy in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.
