Job Summary: Responsible for performing chemical, physical, and bromatological analyses of products using HPLC, ensuring product quality and leading the team in the absence of the team leader. Responsible for performing chemical, physical, and bromatological analyses of products, using HPLC for fermentation monitoring, as well as releasing ethanol, DDGS, and oil shipments, ensuring product quality. Manages organization of laboratory materials and equipment, records and reports analysis results. Assumes leadership of activities and the team in the absence of the laboratory team leader, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, while maintaining workplace organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform physico\-chemical and bromatological analyses of final products, in\-process products, water, and raw materials, ensuring result accuracy. Prepare fermentation product samples for HPLC analysis, ensuring data quality and reliability. Conduct microscopy analyses of fermentation samples to identify potential process deviations. Release analyses from external warehouses via the system, maintaining efficient information and product flow. Record information in the system for result calculation, ensuring data traceability and consistency. Prepare technical reports, documenting activities and reporting any issues, providing support for strategic decision\-making. Carry out activities in accordance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, using mandatory PPE and reporting hazardous situations to the immediate supervisor. Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of strategic information. Maintain discipline in the 5S program, promoting workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness.
