Job Summary: Responsible for quoting and purchasing materials and services, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery while securing optimal commercial terms. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure cost-effectiveness in purchasing construction materials. 2. Conduct quotations, negotiations, and procurement of materials and services. 3. Identify new suppliers and manage strategic partnerships. **Job Mission** Responsible for conducting quotations for materials and services procurement according to submitted requirements, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery of materials and services as scheduled. **Responsibilities** * Ensure cost-effectiveness in purchasing construction materials; * Prepare price quotations and generate purchase orders; * Assist the budgeting department in conducting quotations for future procurement activities within the supply chain department upon request; * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and procurement of direct and indirect materials (for construction sites and headquarters), complying with required specifications and company standards; * Prepare and analyze quotation comparison charts to secure optimal pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules, aligning with company targets; * Ensure purchase order preparation, tracking, and system entry in the Sienge system; * Conduct research on new suppliers, including registration and qualification; * Ensure receipt of purchase requests via the integrated SIENGE system; * Present feasibility proposals for establishing strategic partnerships with material suppliers to management; * Develop closing scenarios containing all relevant information to achieve optimal commercial terms and delivery timelines; * Track purchase order entries, contracts, and fiscal documents in the integrated Sienge system; * Identify new service and material suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies; * Provide on-site support in case of commercial issues with contracted suppliers; * Ensure follow-up on material deliveries and service performance when required by construction sites; * Enter contracts and fiscal documents into the integrated Sienge system; * Submit purchase declarations through SEFAZ. **Requirements** * AutoCAD; * SIENGE; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Negotiation skills;
