Technical maintenance professional responsible for performing cleaning, inspection, electrical and hydraulic repairs to ensure asset preservation and proper equipment operation.

Description:
Minimum Required Education: Completed High School
Specific Education: Technical Course in Maintenance
Desirable:
Basic knowledge of Biosafety,
Electrician Course
NR 10 and NR 35 Courses
* Clean control panels and thermostat bulbs.
* Clean air filters with water and soap (drainage system and cabinet).
* Clean evaporators and condensers, as needed, using a pressure washer and/or electrically powering motors.
* Inspect the condition of power distribution board(s).
* Check settings of motor protection relays (power distribution board) to prevent tripping.
* Inspect for leaks in urinal discharge piping to ensure proper operation.
* Adjust urinal valves.
* Tighten toilet bowl covers and fastenings, and verify if flush valve actuation is defective.
* Clean siphoned and non-siphoned floor drains.
* Verify operation of exhaust systems (air conditioning and exhaust fans).
* Perform low-risk electrical tasks, executing preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Comply with occupational safety standards, workplace organization, and cleanliness.
* Perform hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacement, swapping, cleaning, and repair of parts, components, equipment for glass and façade conservation, and cleaning of enclosed areas.
* Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently.
* Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization.
* Preserve and safeguard company assets.

* Comply with company and departmental regulatory standards.
* Uphold ethics and discipline within the company.
* Apply 5S practices.
