We are looking for a committed and highly qualified professional to take on the important role of **Telesales Representative** in our company. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Answer customer calls, promote discounted merchandise, close sales orders, and send faxes listing promotional items to increase sales; * After closing a sale, register the order in the system, issuing two copies: one for the cashier and another for merchandise picking at the store, for customer pickup; * Provide pricing information for merchandise to customers requesting it via phone; * Check daily inventory availability at the store to prevent lost sales and request items from central warehouse (CD) as needed; * Forward documentation for new customers to the registration department, ensuring customer approval and registration; * Prepare monthly sales reports to monitor and control sales, identifying opportunities to increase sales each month. **Interested?!
