




Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the company's administrative routines, ensuring document organization, internal controls, and addressing departmental requests, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of administrative activities. Main Responsibilities · Support administrative and operational routines within the department; · Organize and archive physical and digital documents; · Enter and update information in systems and spreadsheets; · Answer phone calls, emails, and provide internal support; · Assist in contract, purchase order, and document control; · Support basic financial routines (data entry, reconciliations, and controls); · Generate simple reports and administrative controls; · Provide support to HR, Finance, and Logistics departments when required. Requirements · Completed high school education; · Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); · Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication; · Ability to work with deadlines and routine tasks. Desirable · Prior experience in administrative routines; · Knowledge of management systems (ERP); · Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration (in progress or completed).
