We are currently looking for a professional for the position of Maintenance Planner. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all critical assets, in accordance with manufacturers' manuals and industry best practices. * Schedule and prioritize corrective, preventive, and equipment improvement maintenance activities. * Manage the use of software tools (CMMS \- Computerized Maintenance Management System) for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities. * Identify and implement process improvements in maintenance to reduce costs and increase equipment reliability. * Ensure maintenance teams have all necessary resources (materials, spare parts, tools, safety equipment) to perform tasks effectively. * Monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts and materials, tracking availability and replenishment needs. * Procure external vendor services when required, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability. * Analyze maintenance data, failure reports, and equipment performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
