Join our team!** **Job Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective electrical maintenance services for physical facilities and building electrical systems, focusing on operational continuity and safety standards. * Manage maintenance activities for critical systems, including uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, voltage stabilizers, generators, electrical panels, busbars, and power distribution. * Ensure technical and regulatory compliance of all maintenance activities, strictly adhering to occupational safety regulations and internal BACEN procedures. * Coordinate and supervise technical staff and third-party contractors, ensuring service quality and adherence to schedules and defined technical standards. * Issue technical opinions, maintenance reports, and diagnostics, with accurate records of performed activities and recommendations for operational improvements. * Monitor electrical system performance indicators (e.g., failures, interventions, outages, and reliability metrics) and propose continuous improvement actions. * Ensure personnel and equipment safety by enforcing hygiene and safety practices and controlling access to sensitive or restricted facilities. * Collaborate with other technical and administrative areas of the Central Bank to align priorities, budgets, schedules, and building maintenance needs. * **What We Offer:** Position: Maintenance Electrical Engineer \- São Paulo/SP Location: São Paulo/SP * Salary: R$12\.950,00 * Employment Type: CLT \- Working Hours: 08:00 \- 12:00 / 13:00 \- 18:00 \- Monday to Thursday / Friday 08:00 \- 17:00 * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * **All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCD).** Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
