The candidate will also be responsible for receiving and checking incoming invoices of purchased materials, verifying quantities, descriptions, and general conditions of materials and packaging. If you are passionate about projects and seeking an opportunity to grow and make a difference in challenging projects, **we want to meet you!** **Responsibilities and duties** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Receive, inspect, and store materials and products in the warehouse; * Maintain updated inventory records by logging material entries and exits; * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure record accuracy; * Package and label materials for storage; * Handle internal material shipments from different departments; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Collaborate with suppliers and carriers; * Report any issues or irregularities. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must have:** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer skills; * Proven work experience in the role, as documented in your employment record; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Availability for travel within Brazil and abroad; * Willingness to work overtime when necessary. **Additionally, you will stand out if you have:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / To do); * Relevant administrative courses. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * **Residents of Ariranha / SP:** We provide transportation stops within the city leading to the workplace, as well as lunch; * **Residents of other cities:** We cover accommodation, meals, and transportation expenses, and offer leave periods to return home at predefined intervals, according to our internal policies and prior agreement; · · **Overtime pay**: Overtime hours worked after regular working hours will be paid as follows: 60% from Monday to Saturday and 100% on Sundays and holidays; * **Monthly bonus of R$ 200.00:** Employees will lose eligibility for the bonus if they have more than one absence, justified or not, fail the breathalyzer test, or violate safety rules. **Work location and schedule:** Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and on Fridays, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
