




Description: * Prior experience in inventory control, logistics, and warehouse management. * Practical experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP systems—common examples include SAP, Totvs, Protheus, Oracle, and SGA. * Experience in team leadership or a similar role. * Previous involvement in conducting cycle and general inventories, analyzing discrepancies, and adjusting inventory levels. * Familiarity with logistics processes, storage, slotting, FIFO/FEFO, and shelf-life controls. * Desired participation in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, waste reduction, accuracy enhancement). * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. * Lead and develop the operational team, fostering engagement, productivity, and alignment with company objectives. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose actions for continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with processes, internal standards, quality policies, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. * Optimize resources (people, time, costs, and materials) to reduce waste and increase efficiency. * Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, sustainable solutions. * Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, HR, and IT to ensure cross-functional process integration. * Prepare management reports and present results. * Support the implementation of new processes, systems, or strategic initiatives. 251221020255329464
