Apply now and become our New Talent! **About the position:** We are seeking a Construction Administrator to manage the administrative activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures, as well as guaranteeing efficiency in administrative and human resources processes on site. This professional will be responsible for managing all aspects related to HR and logistics, essential to support and ensure smooth project progress. They must ensure that accommodation rules are respected. If you are passionate about construction and looking for an opportunity to grow and make a difference in challenging projects, **we want to meet you!** **Responsibilities and duties** **These will be your responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure the accuracy of employees' electronic time records, verifying working hours, absences, and justifications; * Manage and apply disciplinary warnings together with the Site Project Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations; * Administer extensions of employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations; * Process and archive admission documents for new employees; * Act as a communication bridge between the company and the client for posting mobilization documents on client portals; * Coordinate depositing amounts related to employee meal cards, ensuring timely and accurate payments; * Manage the logistics and conditions of employee accommodations, ensuring facilities meet safety standards; * Handle logistics for employee mobilization, demobilization, and leave schedules, ensuring all absences are properly recorded; * Prepare daily reports on project progress, including achievements, resources used, and any issues or obstacles; * Prepare photographic reports on project progress, sending photos to the Contracts department proving advancement and executed activities; * Monitor the number of employees on site, providing accurate information to headquarters; * Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure all activities are properly planned and sequenced; * Be administratively responsible from mobilization to demobilization of the project, including account closures, utility payments, key handovers, and site demobilization; * Generate a one\-page final report indicating three items considered good and three areas needing improvement, reporting expenses, balances, and concluding work at the site. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must have:** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / To do); * 02 years of proven experience in the role, documented in work record, in administrative support roles in construction or administrative functions in construction environments; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Availability for travel within Brazil and abroad; * Knowledge in human resources management; * Willingness to perform overtime when necessary. **Additionally, you will stand out if you have:** * Experience using DT Faceum time tracking software; * Completed or ongoing graduation or technical training in Engineering, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Relevant courses in the administrative field. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * **Residents of Ariranha/SP:** We provide transportation stops in the city leading to the workplace, as well as lunch; * **Residents of other cities:** We cover accommodation, meals, and transportation costs, and offer leave periods to return home at pre\-established intervals, according to our internal policies and prior agreement; * **Overtime pay:** Overtime worked after regular hours will be compensated as follows: 60% from Monday to Saturday and 100% on Sundays and holidays; * **Monthly bonus of R$200.00:** The employee will lose eligibility for the bonus if they have more than one absence, justified or not, fail the breathalyzer test, or violate safety rules. **Work location and schedule:** Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and on Fridays, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
