The professional will be responsible for ensuring the good performance of stores under her supervision, guaranteeing goal achievement and excellent customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor the performance of stores under her responsibility; * **Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team**, fostering an environment of engagement and high performance; * Monitor goals, KPIs, and results, proposing actions for continuous improvement; * Ensure service standards and the enchanting O Boticário customer experience across all stores; * Monitor inventory control, product display, and store layout; * Support and ensure execution of promotional campaigns and product launches; * **Conduct travel to monitor branches and support teams.** **Requirements:** * Previous experience in team management with a sales focus (preferably in cosmetics/beauty retail); * Leadership, communication, and people development skills; * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus); * **Willingness to travel.**
