**Job Description:**

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or related fields; Proven experience in people management; Knowledge of production processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement tools; Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); Preferred: Prior specific experience in the manufacturing/supplements industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, providing technical support to team leaders, practical guidance, and managing shift schedules, breaks, and substitutions;
- Support onboarding and training of new employees and participate in development programs to enhance technical skills;
- Monitor adherence to the production plan and established deadlines;
- Track performance, productivity, quality, and efficiency indicators;
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions;
- Liaise with support departments such as Maintenance, Quality, PCP, Process, SSMA, and HR;
- Prepare technical/operational reports and provide accurate shift-related information to immediate supervisors;
- Conduct frequent inspections of in-process products and support preparation for internal and external audits;
- Report any nonconformities in the Quality Management System and ensure strict compliance with ANVISA and GMP regulations;
- Analyze and maintain accurate production records and other control indicators (KPIs);
- Implement Lean/continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and identify bottlenecks in collaboration with engineering;
- Identify equipment defects and take immediate corrective measures to prevent line stoppages;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, guide the team on proper use of PPE, and proactively report potential hazards.
