Mission Coordinate maintenance of over 4,000 agricultural equipment units (tractors, trucks, buses, and implements), managing assets and maintenance teams across farms through a comprehensive maintenance and diagnostic process that ensures availability, quality, and appropriate costs (OPEX and CAPEX), incorporating KPIs, engineering analyses, and maintenance planning. Must collaborate with operations to size equipment requirements, providing necessary equipment resources to guarantee execution of orchard management plans. Must also ensure standardization of best maintenance practices and compliance with internal standards and procedures. Job Responsibilities * Support short-, medium-, and long-term strategies by sizing and managing agricultural assets; * Analyze fleet performance and sizing, providing appropriate equipment resources to farms across the regions from Itapetininga to Avaré/SP; * Ensure planning and execution of routine activities defined in the maintenance process; * Develop the maintenance budget plan (OPEX); * Plan investments in agricultural machinery and equipment (CAPEX); * Ensure adherence to the maintenance budget (OPEX); * Ensure achievement of fleet availability targets; * Monitor execution of the investment plan for machinery and equipment (CAPEX); * Provide data and direct analyses to support decision-making (KPIs); * Coordinate development and implementation of farm action plans to correct deviations and achieve availability and maintenance cost targets; * Ensure safety and compliance in maintenance activities by developing/reviewing internal Maintenance Department standards and procedures; * Standardize best practices; * Ensure planning of the Maintenance Department’s training matrix; * Approve requisitions, service orders, and purchase requests for parts and services related to agricultural equipment maintenance; * Develop team members within the department; * Supplier development and evaluation; * Support Supply Chain processes within the maintenance area to maximize equipment availability and minimize costs; * Support SSMA processes to align maintenance routines with SSMA guidelines; * Coordinate maintenance engineering analyses, providing data to support sound decision-making in asset management; * Collaborate with Procurement on sizing MRO inventories and maintenance services, ensuring optimized spare parts provisioning to achieve low cost and high availability; * Support maintenance processes in the Agricultural Logistics (inbound) area, providing resources to ensure safety and operational availability during loading and internal material handling.
