**Job Description:** ---------------------- Requirements: Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and SMED. Experience with time and motion studies. Proficiency in developing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of creating manufacturing routings and schedules. Hands-on experience on the shop floor and process monitoring.
