Support for software installation, configuration, and user training **Position: Technical Support** We are seeking a professional to provide **technical/functional support and assistance** to enterprise resource planning (ERP) system clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and service tickets; * System problem diagnosis and resolution; * Support for software installation and configuration; * Conducting user training sessions; * Recording requests and contributing to system improvements. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 2-hour break).
