The company is seeking a Junior Payroll Analyst in Salvador. Cyclo is a company specialized in mobility and cycling solutions. It offers products and services that promote a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. **Responsibilities:** Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, verifying documentation, registering employees in the payroll system, submitting data to eSocial, and conducting termination homologations. Manage and calculate timekeeping records, monitoring work schedules, overtime, night shift allowances, absences, among others, identifying and processing information for submission to Accounting and validating it with the contract manager. Track vacation entitlements, coordinating vacation scheduling with the contract manager and preparing provisional vacation payments. Support SESMT in conducting medical examinations, delivering and managing PPEs, as well as tracking disciplinary actions. Verify labor documentation of third-party service providers under contracts to ensure compliance with legislation. Review and provision benefits, formalizing enrollment and deductions for each employee’s benefits, monitoring payments with the benefits provider, and ensuring appropriate usage conditions.
