The candidate will have the opportunity to engage in practical preventive and corrective equipment maintenance activities, as well as monitor internal IT infrastructure processes. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance on customer machines and equipment. * Support software and operating system installation and configuration. * Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. * Provide basic support to internal and external users. * Participate in technical visits to clients, accompanying professionals from the field. * Document performed activities and maintain updated records. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or technical program in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). * Good communication skills and willingness to learn. * Availability for occasional travel to client sites.
