Currently, we have an opportunity for an Occupational Safety Technician. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement occupational safety programs, including training, awareness campaigns, and operational procedures, aiming to prevent accidents and occupational diseases. * Conduct periodic audits and inspections at company facilities to identify and correct potential safety hazards, proposing continuous improvements. * Investigate workplace accidents, prepare reports, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences. * Monitor the preparation and updating of mandatory safety documents, such as PPRA, LTCAT, and PCMSO, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Advise and support work teams on occupational safety and health matters, ensuring proper application of regulatory standards (NRs). * Represent the company in internal and external audits, acting as the primary point of contact for occupational safety matters. * Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), ensuring they are appropriate and correctly used by employees. * Advise company management in defining and implementing safety policies, providing technical recommendations based on best practices and legal requirements. * Actively participate in occupational safety and health committees, contributing expertise to continuously improve the company's practices. * Support the Environmental area in administering the company's PGR (Waste Management Plan). * Register CAT (Work Accident Communications). * Analyze statistical data on workplace accidents and occupational diseases. * Prepare and issue the PPP (Previdenciary Occupational Profile) for dismissed and retired employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Technical degree in Occupational Safety; **Required Knowledge for the Position** Knowledge of occupational safety legislation and regulations; Experience with safety management routines and risk prevention; Practical experience in identification, analysis, and control of occupational risks; Experience in accident investigation and implementation of preventive actions; Knowledge of occupational health and related programs; Experience conducting safety training and campaigns; Familiarity with safety inspections and internal audits; Knowledge of control tools and indicators (Microsoft Office suite) **Additional Information** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Corporate Restaurant Pharmacy Benefit Program Profit-Sharing Program Corporate Learning Platform Psychological Support Community Space "Together for Agro" Developing innovative agricultural solutions that guarantee the preservation of life.
