




The Senior Lawyer will join Bulbe Energia’s Internal Legal Team, acting strategically and operationally to ensure legal compliance, legal security, and operational efficiency across the company’s activities, with a special focus on the energy sector. **Key Responsibilities** Legal and Advisory Practice * Draft legal opinions, guidance, and recommendations for internal departments, with emphasis on risk prevention; * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the sector; * Assess internal policies and procedures, identifying risks and proposing solutions; * Prepare periodic legal reports containing updated data and strategic analyses; * Monitor outcomes, implement best practices, and promote operational efficiency. Litigation and Procedural Strategy * Handle civil, labor, tax, administrative, and regulatory proceedings; * Monitor active cases, rigorously managing deadlines; * Draft pleadings, appeals, settlement agreements, and other procedural documents; * Manage and attend judicial and extrajudicial hearings; * Provide documentation for administrative and judicial defenses; * Conduct predictive analysis of decisions and proceedings in the energy market to support legal strategies. Contracts and Corporate Law * Draft, review, and negotiate simple, standard, and complex contracts; * Prepare contract amendments, drafts, and powers of attorney; * Manage the company’s powers of attorney; * Handle routine corporate matters for corporations (S.A.), limited liability companies (LTDA), cooperatives, and consortia; * Draft corporate documents (minutes, contracts, reports, legal opinions, and legal memoranda); * File corporate acts with the Commercial Registry, REDESIM, and other relevant authorities. Management, Technology, and Processes * Organize procedural information using legal technology tools; * Plan, coordinate, and execute legal projects; * Evaluate, implement, and manage legal technology solutions; * Implement and use contract management software; * Interface with the company’s enterprise management system; * Identify opportunities to reduce legal costs. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Preferred Qualification: Postgraduate specialization in Corporate Law, Contracts, Litigation, or Labor Law. Experience: Prior experience in an internal legal department; Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite; Systems: Mega Senior, NetLex, and Docket; Regulatory knowledge applicable to the energy market. 100% on-site
