We thrive on challenges and seek people ready to build careers and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and enhance internal processes, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency and result quality; Manage efficiency-improvement projects, promoting cross-departmental integration and communication, with focus on productivity, quality, and cost reduction; Provide technical support to the production area by conducting periodic rounds, delivering training sessions, identifying bottlenecks and difficulties in processes, and proposing and assisting in implementing solutions to optimize workflow; Carry out investigative and corrective actions to identify and resolve process failures, using analytical tools for diagnosis and proposing adjustments aimed at continuous improvement; Manage and monitor process indicators, collecting data, performing analyses, and generating reports to enable informed decision-making and track process performance over time; Develop and update process management documents, creating flowcharts, process maps, procedures, and policies to ensure standardization and ongoing operational improvement; Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering fields, preferably in Textile Production Engineering; Knowledge of BPMN, PDCA, and process mapping; Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standard; Communicative and analytical profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** Relevant work experience in this role; Experience in the textile sector; Training in ISO 9001 and quality tools (MASP); Experience in textile and administrative process management; Knowledge of ISO 14001 standard. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, Transportation Allowance, Pharmacy Benefit, Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, Attendance Bonus, and Life Insurance.
