Preferred Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or interested in pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Information Systems, or related fields. Prior experience in customer service, call centers (SAC), or technical support. Familiarity with Zendesk or other CRM/customer service platforms. Experience in e\-commerce. Interest in automation, AI, or programming logic. Proficiency with spreadsheets, formulas, and data organization. Responsibilities: Provide customer service via Zendesk, phone, and e\-mail. Offer support regarding products, orders, deliveries, and other requests. Log, track, and ensure resolution of requests in the system. Handle complaints, aiming for optimal customer experience. Test and provide feedback on the operation’s AI chatbot, helping identify bugs and improvement opportunities. Monitor basic performance metrics (volume, response time, quality); identify patterns and suggest process and customer experience improvements. Collaborate with the team by sharing insights to enhance e\-commerce.
