Opportunities for automation and process improvement. **SENIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST \- ON\-SITE IN UBERLÂNDIA** **Main Responsibilities:** * Document analysis (invoices, bills, etc.) with ease in identifying their legality. * Execute asset selection routines for financial settlement and custody; * Control client and institutional positions; * Support Treasury, Collections, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance areas in operational requests; * Ensure compliance with Central Bank, CVM, and B3 regulations; * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement; * Support the implementation of new products and systems. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in banking operations, brokerage firms, or investment management companies; * Knowledge of asset settlement and custody, reconciliation, and position control; * Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience in automation or digital transformation projects. **Compensation:** R$ 4\.537,98 to R$ 5\.003,13 Employment Type: Full\-time CLT Salary: R$4\.537,00 \- R$5\.003,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On\-site
