**Job Description:**
YAPP Brasil, an automotive-sector multinational, has commenced operations at its new plant in Americana and is seeking a Financial Analyst.
This position is ideal for experienced professionals with strategic vision and strong capabilities to operate effectively in dynamic, global, and expanding environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process for the Brazilian market, including invoice issuance, accounting entries, and reconciliation in accordance with local regulations.
* Monitor customer accounts, control overdue payments, and conduct collection follow-ups via e\-mail, telephone, and system notifications.
* Reconcile accounts receivable, resolve discrepancies among sales records, bank receipts, and customer statements.
* Prepare weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports, aging analysis, cash flow forecasts, and delinquency analysis for management.
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to clarify billing issues, credit terms, and customer disputes.
* Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax and fiscal requirements (NF\-e, SPED, etc.) related to accounts receivable.
* Maintain accurate customer master data, credit limits, and payment terms in the ERP system.
* Support monthly and annual closing activities related to accounts receivable.
**Job Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
* 1\-3 years of experience in accounts receivable; experience in Brazil/Latin America is a plus.
* Knowledge of key accounts receivable process stages, proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
* English preferred.
