




**Responsibilities:** Conduct in-depth market, occupancy, demand, cost, perceived daily rate, and average daily rate (ADR) balance analyses to maximize revenue, margin, and competitiveness. Develop, interpret, and present strategic reports and dashboards, evaluating the impact of decisions on ADR, margin, and value perception. Prepare financial forecasts and scenarios, recommending price adjustments based on purchasing behavior, costs, and sales history. Perform rate benchmarking and define competitive positioning aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Monitor, correlate, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs)—including perceived daily rate, ADR balance, occupancy, average revenue, margin, and profitability—and propose and track corrective actions. Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of data used in strategic pricing decisions. Evaluate pricing strategy outcomes, identifying improvement opportunities and profitability potential. Design and implement seasonal and promotional pricing policies based on data analysis and financial impact assessment. Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, and Technology teams to ensure effective execution of defined strategies. **Adhere to departmental pillars:** ADR balance, margin protection, cost control, and enhancement of value perception. Transform complex analyses into clear, actionable, and sustainable recommendations—advocating proposals to leadership and influencing high-impact decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. Proven experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or related areas, with a strong background in performance indicator analysis, pricing, and financial scenario forecasting. Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, dynamic dashboards, data modeling, and predictive analytics). Strong knowledge of Power BI, with ability to interpret and extract insights from analytical reports.
