Operational Management System maintenance Mission Responsible for bulk loading of CPP, ensuring compliance with product specifications and contributing to maintenance of the Operational Management System at the Matão unit. Your Responsibilities Responsible for operating bulk loading area equipment, monitoring loaded product quality using equipment, and reporting deviations to the immediate supervisor. Ensure bulk loading of CPP (Citrus Pulp Pellets) into compartmentalized vehicles, visually assessing trailer and tarpaulin conditions in advance per departmental criteria. Ensure control of CPP counter-samples by collecting process and loading samples, identifying them, sending them to Quality Control, and storing them per procedure. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the area and equipment. Contribute to maintenance of the Operational Management System by entering area-specific information and operational parameters into the process sheet as described. Ensure necessary data input for database creation by completing electronic spreadsheets. Request equipment maintenance when anomalies occur. Assist with maintenance activities during the off-season period when required. Report any process-related anomalies or deviations to supervision. Perform all operations as specified in standards and procedures, complying with Food Safety, Occupational Health, Workplace Safety, and Environmental requirements.
