Ability to analyze, plan, and guide construction execution Description: * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of reinforced concrete; conventional structures; * Experience in the role, specifically in high-standard vertical developments; * Technical knowledge of all construction phases; * Ability to handle tools for service verification. Desirable: * Construction Foreman certification, Technical Course in Building Construction, or related field; * Completed technical education. * Analyze and plan, together with the construction leader, project technical details and instructions to be executed. * Guide and monitor the execution of the construction schedule. * Control and lead employees and third parties (contractors). * Ensure proper execution of all construction-related services. * Be responsible for site organization/cleanliness. * Assign tasks and monitor their completion. * Control and prevent waste and losses. * Ensure construction quality standards per company guidelines. * Advise on material consumption. * Perform duties adhering to cost, schedule, quality, environmental, organizational, and occupational safety requirements. * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs. * Control and supervise training sessions for Service Instructions (SIs) and records of Service Verification Forms (SVFs). * Monitor progress and execution of all services provided. * Provide prior guidance on execution of all services provided. * Ensure activities comply with project drawings and SIs at required quality standards. * Propose solutions to problems and unforeseen events on site. * Ensure completion of all services provided. 2511070202301854379
