




**What we expect from you:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in receiving, inspecting, picking, and moving goods. * Experience with the SAP system is considered a plus. * Prioritization skills are desirable. * Ability to learn, practice, and consistently adhere to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Conducts quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial goods (e.g., equipment, office supplies), verifying and identifying overall condition, supplier, length, reference number, color tone, expiration date, etc. + Prepares the physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant information regarding received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt document to expedite future order assembly for pickup or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-prone items, ensuring goods delivered to retail are ready for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow type—store or warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in the Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage teams to perform storage (receiving note). + Implements anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative inspection of received goods, efficient vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard, and correct handling of material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cages). + Keeps equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Safely stacks pallets to prevent damage to property and injury to personnel. + Maintains a clean and organized receiving area to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage-validated goods from Retail, performs qualitative and quantitative inspection, and places shrinkage-identified items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Retail, conducts qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Against Stock), identifies products, and notifies the Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations for goods, performing physical space reservation and rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, and makes them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Counter or for carrier dispatch (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores goods and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Handles telephone inquiries, informing customers about delivery timelines. + Reports any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in efficiently managing warehouse location assignments (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes daily cancellations of RSS orders. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the primary contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
