Opportunity for a **QA Analyst focused on Documentation!** **SENIOR QA ANALYST I – DOCUMENTATION FOCUS** **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Creating, reviewing, and maintaining product documentation (functional and technical); * Drafting and publishing release notes for features and improvements; * Structuring and keeping the knowledge base up to date (FAQs, tutorials, and guides); * Documenting workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria; * Designing and executing manual test cases; * Logging and tracking bugs, ensuring clarity in descriptions; * Supporting validation of deliverables against requirements; * Collaborating closely with Product, Development, and Support teams; * Ensuring documentation standardization and organization; * Identifying improvements in product communication with users. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * 2–3 years of experience in QA and/or system documentation; * Knowledge of manual testing and testing methodologies; * Experience with technical/functional documentation and tools such as Confluence, Notion, or similar; * Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Jira); * Intermediate-level SQL knowledge; * Strong written communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical thinking; * Proactivity and ease working in teams. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Additional courses or training in Communication, Journalism, Linguistics, UX Writing, or Technical Writing; * Experience with Agile methodologies; * Basic understanding of test automation and APIs; * Knowledge of Git and QA certifications; * Familiarity with UX Writing and user experience focus. **Additional Information:** **- Employment Type:** Cooperative – Koopere **- Work Arrangement:** Hybrid – Joinville/SC Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$5,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
