




Job Summary: Senior Bidding Analyst to operationalize waste management and urban cleaning bidding and contracting processes, with commercial department involvement. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in electronic bidding and negotiations **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Senior Bidding Analyst – Commercial Department Role** Operationalize bidding and contracting processes related to waste management and urban cleaning services, including researching, controlling, and analyzing tender notices and other procurement-related official documents; observing deadlines; calculating costs; preparing required documentation for competitive bidding; and executing and managing resulting contracts—including registrations, extensions, price adjustments, rebalancing, and necessary official letters/communications; * Analyze and detail costs, deadlines, required documentation, and potential issues subject to challenge and/or impugnation and/or other applicable judicial measures, to support superiors’ feasibility assessment regarding participation; * Submit challenges, impugnations, and/or other applicable judicial measures related to tender notices and/or resulting contracts, supported by internal and external consultants as needed; * Maintain an updated spreadsheet/system for tracking active bids and contracts, detailing dates, values, adjustments, and other key information to facilitate timely renewal/extension requests upon contract expiration; * Identify contract expiration dates, update values, prepare official letters, and submit contract renewal requests to municipal governments; * Participate in strategic meetings with superiors in advance to prepare for bidding participation and submit bids per team-agreed instructions, reporting results of the bidding process to superiors; * Participate in electronic bidding following prior guidance from superiors, submit bids per team instructions, verify contracts and forward them for legal review if necessary, register them in designated systems, and route them for signature by responsible parties; * Register data in systems and archive documentation per standard procedures; * Respond to municipal government inquiries regarding active contracts, including document submission, renewals, and signatures when required; * Support and monitor legal modeling activities for MIPs and PMIs under development by Ambiental; * Attend leadership meetings to align on processes and procedures; * Keep the supervisor informed about area procedures and incidents; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Microsoft Office Suite; * Completed undergraduate degree in Law; * Experience: 2–4 years; * Willingness to travel. * Specific knowledge: Bidding processes and procedures (due diligence), participation in public auctions, preparation of analytical and managerial reports, negotiation techniques.
