Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to monitor and control safety activities on industrial construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibility for ensuring a safe working environment This position is available for a project located in the interior of Santa Catarina (SC), with daytime execution hours. Transportation, accommodation, and meals will be provided by the company. We are looking for an Occupational Safety Technician to monitor and control safety activities during thermal insulation installation works on roofs and enclosures of industrial warehouses. The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, promoting a safe and legally compliant work environment. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Implement and supervise the correct use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS), safety training sessions, and safety guidance for both internal and third-party teams; * Prepare and monitor safety documentation (Risk Analysis Forms [APR], Work Permits [PT], checklists, reports, and photographic records); * Identify hazards and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Participate in incident and accident investigations, when required; * Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for construction site activities; * Liaise with the construction team, supervision staff, and the contracting company. Requirements: * Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Proven experience in industrial or civil construction projects; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR\-01, NR\-06, NR\-07, NR\-09, NR\-10, NR\-18, NR\-33, and NR\-35; * Willingness to travel; * Organized, proactive, detail-oriented profile with strong communication skills.
