Job Summary: The Industrial Computing Product Technician will provide technical and operational support for solutions based on Industrial PCs, SBCs (Single Board Computers), and embedded systems, supporting teams and customers at all stages. Support to the sales team and customers by interpreting technical documentation **About the Role** The Industrial Computing Product Technician will provide technical and operational support for solutions based on Industrial PCs, SBCs (Single Board Computers), peripherals, and embedded systems, supporting the technical-commercial team and customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages. Responsibilities include performing functional tests, basic compatibility validations between components, interface verification, connectivity checks, hardware reviews, and initial system configuration according to defined specifications. This professional will interpret datasheets, manuals, and technical documentation to support preparation of technical specifications, bills of materials, application guides, and technical records in the ERP system. They will also assist in product, variant, and configuration registration and maintenance, as well as version control and technical documentation organization. Additionally, they will provide first-level technical support to customers and partners, assist the sales team in resolving recurring technical queries, and collaborate with product analysts and specialists in testing, validation, and certification activities—contributing to standardization of technical processes and quality of market-delivered solutions. **Requirements:** Technical diploma in Electronics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computing, or related fields. Experience with industrial PC hardware, including assembly, testing, parameterization, and configuration (hardware and software). Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and communicating with manufacturers.
