Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist implementation technicians with basic and daily tasks, as directed; * Assist in installing and assembling infrastructure for optical cable deployment and routing; * Support technicians with technical assistance and help customers resolve issues, ensuring courteous and prompt service; * Assist in diagnosing potential connectivity issues, checking fiber signal strength, and conducting speed and bandwidth tests; * Always adhere to work schedules, especially during emergency maintenance of fiber infrastructure and networks, as scheduled. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of measurement equipment, optical splicing, optical cable deployment, optical fiber, fusion techniques, installation and maintenance of optical splice closures, and router configuration; * Availability to perform on-call duties; **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
