Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain organized physical and electronic documents; prospect new and inactive customers; provide in-person or remote customer service; collect damages and overdue payments; receive and log technical support requests; schedule visits by external consultants; manage equipment dispatch and return routines; issue invoices and leasing contracts; conduct leasing activities via email and telephone.
