Commitment and responsibility **BUILDING MAINTENANCE OFFICER – PAINTER (CLT)** We are hiring a **Painter** for building maintenance and construction projects, with a focus on interior and exterior painting and surface preparation. **Location:** Joinville/SC and surrounding region **Start Date:** Immediate **Responsibilities:** * Surface preparation (application of filler paste/acrylic compound and sanding) * Interior and exterior painting * Fine finishing * Support in general maintenance activities **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a painter * Meticulousness and attention to detail * Commitment and responsibility * Availability to work on construction sites in the region **Employment Type:** ✔ Formal employment registration (CLT) Job Type: Intermittent (freelance), Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.603,87 - R$3.358,23 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
