Job Summary: A professional responsible for safeguarding the health and safety of employees at construction sites and headquarters, focusing on accident prevention and risk control. Support in compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs). **Job Description:** A professional responsible for safeguarding the health and safety of employees at construction sites and administrative headquarters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal safety policies. The role involves accident prevention, risk control, and guidance to operational teams engaged in paving, earthmoving, and related activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct safety inspections at construction sites and work fronts. * Prepare and update safety documents (PPRA/PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO in coordination with a physician, APR, etc.). * Deliver onboarding sessions, training programs, and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues). * Monitor and investigate accidents and incidents, proposing corrective actions. * Control and supervise the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Support compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Participate in planning meetings and propose safety improvements. * Issue and monitor CATs (Work Accident Communication Forms), when required. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in **Occupational Safety**, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Prior experience in **paving, earthmoving, or civil construction projects** is preferred. * Knowledge of sector-specific **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude. * Willingness to travel to external construction sites. * Driver's license category B (desirable). **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals. * Life insurance. * A safe and collaborative work environment.
