Job Summary: The professional will organize and guide employees on construction sites to ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and safety, including team management and equipment maintenance. Training and performance monitoring of employees Responsibilities: 1\- Guide the activities of site employees; 2\- Monitor productive standards on site, such as inspection of service quality and materials used, in accordance with the quality management system; 3\- Instruct general helpers or laborers on the best methods to perform tasks and avoid waste; 4\- Assign tasks to employees, considering each individual's specifications, to achieve maximum productivity during construction execution; 5\- Arrange for cleaning, repair, maintenance, and/or replacement of small-sized tools and equipment, as needed, ensuring normal workflow and productivity.
