We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the immediate supervisor in planning and executing operational routines, ensuring established goals and deadlines are met to guarantee process efficiency and alignment of activities with the company’s strategic objectives; * Support inventory and stocktaking control, collaborating in counting, organizing, and storing raw materials; guide implementation of the FIFO (First-Expired, First-Out) method; and ensure proper organization to prevent waste and maintain appropriate merchandise flow; * Inspect product quality, manufacturing standards (e.g., texture, flavor, appearance), expiration dates, and presentation, ensuring compliance with the company’s food safety and quality standards; * Guide and support the team in technical development, promoting best practices in daily activities, providing timely feedback, encouraging adherence to internal regulations, and strengthening team performance; * Implement loss and waste control measures: identify products at risk of spoilage; monitor reuse of leftovers or excesses in sub-product production (e.g., doughs, breads, desserts); and propose preventive actions to leadership to minimize waste, optimize raw material usage, and contribute to departmental sustainability; * Support the team in performing operational tasks, encouraging collaboration and specific bakery product handling techniques — such as dough shaping, equipment operation, and customer service — to strengthen team performance, improve engagement, and ensure high-quality customer service; * Serve customers by clarifying questions about products, ingredients, and promotions; greeting respectfully; using technical knowledge to answer inquiries; ensuring positive customer relationships, fostering loyalty, and delivering a positive shopping experience; * Guide and supervise the team responsible for packaging and pricing, ensuring prices, traceability, and nutritional labeling on products are updated per guidelines — guaranteeing accuracy of information for customers and alignment with company policies; * Support shift scheduling, timekeeping control, and submission of training and administrative process information — ensuring activity efficiency and alignment with internal company policies; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Knowledge or experience in the bakery sector is considered an advantage. #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * College scholarship; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Career progression; * Daycare assistance; * Shopping discount program; * Pharmacy discount program; * SESC partnership; * Psychological support; * Telemedicine; * Purchase discounts.
