Loss prevention and asset security **Operational Auditor** Conduct operational audits across Distribution Center and store processes, ensuring adherence to defined procedures, information reliability, and reduction of operational failures and losses. ***Job Responsibilities*** * Dock and Dispatch Audit (High Priority) * Audit 100% of docks, monitoring picking, verification, and dispatch processes. * Identify operational failures causing shipping errors to customers, stores, and franchises. * Verify compliance among orders, physical picking, verification, and dispatch. * Operational Error Analysis * Collect, analyze, and consolidate the picking team’s error rate. * Classify errors by type (process, execution, system, or operational failure). * Support root cause identification and correction of issues at the source. ***Operational Audit (DC and Stores)*** * \- Conduct audits on receiving, storage, inventory, transfers, returns, and store operations according to schedule and priorities. * \- Perform physical, documentary, and systemic stock and movement verifications. ***Loss Prevention and Control*** * Identify and monitor losses due to theft, damage, operational errors, and potential fraud. * Analyze stock discrepancies, inventories, and loss indicators. * Support definition and follow-up of action plans to reduce risks. ***Asset Security*** * Monitor and support use of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access controls). * Proactively prevent internal and external theft. * Record and track incidents when necessary. ***Reporting and Follow-up*** * Document audit findings clearly and objectively. * Report recurring deviations and follow up on corrective actions with responsible departments.
