Job Summary: NTI Brasil is seeking an Inside Sales Assistant to identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities, with a focus on internal sales of Autodesk, Microsoft, and Adobe software. Customer service and support NTI Brasil is an authorized reseller of products and services for Autodesk, Microsoft, and Adobe software, and currently has new job openings in the commercial area. The Inside Sales Assistant will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing business opportunities with clients seeking to implement solutions aimed at improving their current product and project development processes. We are looking for communicative, extroverted professionals with high energy for internal/corporate sales communication! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Internal sales of software to clients in engineering and architecture fields; * Customer service and support; * Prospecting and developing business opportunities; * Preparing commercial proposals; * Monitoring processes; * Scheduling and conducting external visits; * Pre\-sales and post\-sales of software; * Receiving sales inquiries; * Assisting the team. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Proficiency in IT and technologies, including Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in corporate sales or customer service is a plus; * Must reside in Joinville or nearby region. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Salary: Fixed \+ Performance-based variable; * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance \+ Food Voucher, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Plan, English and undergraduate study subsidy, EAD MAPData access for employees and dependents, and Gympass; * **On-site CLT employment in Joinville/SC;** * 40-hour weekly work schedule.
