From stoves to portable appliances that have conquered Brazil, we're present in 98% of households across the country. But beyond products, what drives us is our pride in "britaniar," making everyday moments lighter, easier, and happier. Today, we are over 9,500 employees working in factories, distribution centers, showrooms, and offices, all carrying our essence: creativity that simplifies life, humor that brings people together, and care that embraces. Here, every person matters, and diversity strengthens our team and drives us forward together. At Britânia, growth is part of the journey. We have internship programs that open doors, operational schools, leadership development initiatives, and recognition programs for those who make a difference. With InovaBri, every idea comes to life and helps reinvent our way of continuously improving. And because we believe that "britaniar" also means caring for the world, we invest in sustainability and support social, cultural, and sports projects that impact communities and inspire new stories.
