And we are looking for people to join our team! **Job Responsibilities:** * Support construction execution according to scope, ensuring planned quality, safety, cost, and schedule. * Monitor daily site activities, recording services performed, non-conformities, and training needs. * Prepare and update *as-built* drawings, measurements, contracts, reports, and performance indicators. * Control material inventory and consumption, reducing waste and requesting replenishment when necessary. * Monitor inspections, unit handovers, and technological control tests. * Plan and monitor construction schedules, ensuring goal and deadline adherence. * Collaborate with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental departments to maintain and organize the construction site. * Supervise teams, machinery, and equipment, optimizing resources and avoiding unnecessary costs. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** **Required:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering or related fields.
