Excellent verbal and written communication About the Position We seek an organized, communicative, and persistent individual to follow up with patients who have already undergone evaluation but have not yet started treatment. The role focuses on maintaining active contact with patients, strengthening relationships, and increasing the clinic's closing rate. Main Responsibilities * Daily contact with patients via WhatsApp and phone * Follow-up on pending quotes * Reactivate patients who have not responded or have not started treatment * Record all contacts in the clinic's system * Update control spreadsheets and targets * Work with conversion and appointment targets * Identify objections and report patterns to management Profile We Are Seeking * Excellent verbal and written communication * Organization and discipline for daily follow-up * Persistence (do not give up after the first "I'll think about it") * Commercial mindset and focus on targets * Proficiency with WhatsApp Web and systems * Experience in sales or customer service is a plus * Experience in dental clinics is a plus Function Metrics * Quote conversion rate * Number of contacts made per day * Number of confirmed appointments * Reactivation of inactive patients Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
