Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and tracking vehicle trips, managing incidents, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements, while serving as technical support and knowledge disseminator. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and tracking of vehicle trips and logistics processes. 2. Identification of anomalies and proposal of solutions. 3. Technical support and knowledge dissemination. * Monitor vehicle trips and track temperature control; generate corrective actions and follow up on related requests. * Record all identified workplace anomalies, always proposing solutions. * Provide support to the monitoring center during incidents. * Support carriers in case of difficulties with the Monitoring Center. * Ensure all pending trips at the Monitoring Center are under active handling. * Execute SMP entries (Preventive Monitoring Requests) in sporadic cases. * Conduct training for carriers when necessary. * Periodically monitor time and movement indicators under your responsibility. * Relay operational information to the next shift (handover documentation and shift change). * Support Pronta Resposta audit requests. * Generate and present indicators related to speeding violations. * Monitor escort-related processes, especially cost evaluation aligned with the operations coordinator. * Generate reports with checklist process indicators. * Conduct training for carriers on full checklist tool usage when necessary. * Monitor overweight-related processes, especially cost evaluation aligned with the operations coordinator. * Track open claim processes and field actions. * Monitor risk analysis for drivers negligent in operations. * Identify and propose improvements for departmental processes. * Act as a technical knowledge multiplier within the team. * Support other company departments by clarifying client-specific requirements and procedural compliance. * Support clients in logistics analyses upon request Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Health Insurance * Wellhub * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * University Partnership Program
