**Intermediate/Senior Quality Analyst \| CLT Regime** We are seeking a **Quality Analyst** to oversee the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, promoting continuous process improvement and compliance with internal and external standards and requirements. **Responsibilities** * Conduct internal and external audit processes, including planning, execution, and follow\-up of corrective actions, supporting the ISO 9001 certification process; * Analyze and resolve non\-conformities and manage customer complaints, ensuring compliance with quality requirements; * Develop and deliver training for internal auditors, fostering ongoing team development; * Support the implementation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with established processes and best practices; * Perform critical analysis of quality performance indicators, preparing reports and proposing improvements; * Serve as Lead Auditor in internal audits, ensuring process compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields; * Solid experience in Quality, particularly in management systems, audits, and handling of non\-conformities; * Knowledge of risk management, performance indicators, quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto), and continuous improvement methodologies. **Desirable** * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification (desirable); * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with quality management software. **Salary:** Negotiable. **Benefits:** Health insurance, meal allowance, transportation voucher, free parking, and life insurance.
