Assess and address potential risks through incidents arising from cargo deviations and inactive shipments, focusing on prevention. Analyze root causes and define action plans with branches and partners to mitigate actual and potential risks in processes that may lead to compensation claims. Ensure receipt and payment of amounts due in compensation processes. Support the safety department by recording and ensuring compliance with processes, adhering to SUSEP regulations—particularly regarding implementation of the organization’s and its clients’ Risk Management Plans. Preferred Qualification: Prior experience in Compensation.
